Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used grooming products
- Consumable items such as treats, supplements, or chews
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Sale items and gift cards
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@zenpetvibe.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping or offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition — unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@zenpetvibe.com.
