1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

3. Order Tracking

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high-volume periods, weather, or carrier issues outside our control.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
ZenPetVibe is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier directly. If the issue remains unresolved, email us at support@zenpetvibe.com.
6. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. ZenPetVibe is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
